This manual contains important information that will help you and your camper prepare for their exciting time at Lourdes Camp.
Sunday Registration for both Residential and Day Camp starts at 3:00 p.m. and runs until 4:30 p.m.
Bring only necessary items to camp. Durable clothing and a duffel bag are recommended. Clothing and luggage should be marked. Space is limited in cabins—please do not overpack. We recommend all campers bring reusable water bottle. You can find a packing list in our Summer 2022 Parent/Guardian Handbook.
Friday Pick Up begins at 3:30 p.m. Parents and Guardians need to have a PHOTO ID with them at pick up. Our camp store will also be open on Fridays.
This summer parents & guardians are required to fill out the Authorized Pick-Up form that is located in your CampInTouch account. You can add multiple persons to be authorized to pick up your camper prior to pick-up on Friday. You will be asked to show your PHOTO ID to a staff member when picking up your camper.
We have an infirmary with a resident nurse in charge of medications and first-aid needs. A local doctor and hospital are available on a 24-hour basis for consultations with our nurse.
Please send only prescription medications to camp with your child. Medications must be in the original container or we cannot dispense them.
All medications are kept at the infirmary. Campers requiring an inhaler or “puffer” for breathing ailments are allowed to keep these items with them—this is the only exception.
We supply appropriate over-the-counter medications for common ailments and illnesses. Please do not send any to camp.
All medications are returned to parents at the time of pick up.
Our Nurse or Director will contact parents if a camper’s illness or injury requires treatment by a physician.
If you will be away during your child’s stay at camp (vacation, business, etc.) please leave us the appropriate phone numbers.
Prior to your camper’s arrival you will need to have already completed all required health information from the Forms and Documents section of your Lourdes Camp CampInTouch account.
We will have more information about our Summer 2023 health forms and requirements prior to the start of camp.
