Registration Dates and Costs at Lourdes Camp

Registration Costs

Registration will begin at the end of February

 

Fees  

Weeks 1, 3, 5 and 7:
•$340 per week (includes $75 deposit)
Sunday-Friday pickup between 4:30 pm & 5:30 pm

Weeks 2, 4 and 6:
•$350 per week (includes $75 deposit)
Sunday-Saturday pickup between 8:30 am & 10:30 am

Day Camp:
•$200 per week (includes $75 deposit)

Registration Deposit:
•$75 non-refundable for each week reserved is required with the registration form. Balance payable by June 17.

Ropes Course fee:
• $50 per week is required with the registration deposit.

Check In

Check-in is between 2:30 pm and 4 pm on Sunday. Please do not arrive before 2:00 p.m..

If you expect to arrive after 4:00 pm, please let us know in advance.

Camp check-in takes approximately 30 minutes, which includes:
-visit with the nurse—health screening. You cannot register if you have an incomplete health form or forget to bring it.
-cabin assignments (move in, meet counselors)
-purchase various camp items (sweatshirts, hats, etc.)

Parents should expect to depart by 4:00 pm so cabin groups can begin tours and get-acquainted activities.

Check Out

Weeks 1, 3, 5 and 7
Campers picked up between 4:30 and 5:30 pm on FRIDAY night. Please remember your 'Kid Claim' tag. Campers and parents stop by the infirmary for medication. The canteen is open for clothing and gift purchases every week.

Weeks 2, 4, and 6
Campers picked up between 8:30 and 10:30 am on Saturday. Please remember your 'Kid Claim' tag. Campers and parents stop by the infirmary for medication. The canteen is open for clothing and gift purchases every week.

Kid Claim

Parents will receive a “Kid Claim Tag” from the cabin counselor upon arrival at the cabin. Campers are released only to those parents or guardians who present the “Kid Claim” upon departure. If a parent wishes to have someone else pick up their child, they must notify the Director at check-in. Any person forgetting the tag must present two forms of identification.

Refund Policy

Cancellation made within 10 days prior to the start of the camper's week, a full refund, less the deposit, will be issued. Cancellation made less than 10 days prior to the start of the camper's week, a 50% refund, less the deposit, will be issued. In case of injury or illness, if registration office is notified in writing by the attending physician, a full refund, less the deposit, will be issued. Once camper arrives at camp, no refund will be issued.

Refund checks are sent at the end of the camping season.

A limited number of camperships are available for those families unable to pay the entire registration fee. A campership application is avaialbe online. Camperships will be awarded according to need on a lottery basis. All campership applications are due by April 27.

 

Health Forms


Physical/Health History
New York State law requires a physical exam within 24 months of your child’s last day at camp. (Physical must be conducted by physician, nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant.)

Parent or guardian must sign form.

Immunization record is required.

The insurance information is essential in case of emergency or accident requiring a visit to the doctor.

If we DO NOT possess a completed and signed health form your child will not be able to attend camp.
